Media Release I agree and permit WTWH Media and its properties to use biographical information and photos in connection with various promotional materials. I hereby authorize WTWH Media and those acting on its behalf, to record my participation, image, and appearance on videotape, audiotape, film, photography, or any other medium, including dissemination through social media channels including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and YouTube. *Use my name, likeness, image, voice, and biographical material in connection with these recordings and/or images. * Exhibit or distribute, and modify such recordings and/or images in whole or in part without restrictions or limitation for any educational or promotional purpose that WTWH Media and those acting pursuant to its authority may deem appropriate. *Edit, reproduce, distribute, exhibit or otherwise use any recording or transcription of my testimonial, a portion of my testimonial, or words of similar effect, in any form chosen by WTWH Media, with or without attribution to me, and to include my name, image, and biographical material at WTWH Media's sole discretion. I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished photographs/video or sound recordings, script, or printed matter that may be used in conjunction with them. All photographs/video recordings shall be the sole property of WTWH Media. I agree that WTWH Media is not required to seek my approval before using my photo, whether in its original or a modified format. I hereby release any and all claims against WTWH Media that may arise from the use of my words, image, or likeness. By registering to attend or speak at an WTWH Media event, I agree to receive emails and updates from WTWH Media and its respective websites. Liability Release In consideration for permitting me to engage in or participate in the WTWH Media ("WTWH") Event, I agree for myself, my executors, administrators, heirs, successors, and assigns as follows: (A) I WAIVE, RELEASE, AND DISCHARGE WTWH and its officers, directors, employees from any and all liability, including but not limited to, liability arising from the negligence of WTWH, for my death, disability, personal injury, property damage, property theft, or any other damage or actions of any kind which may affect or impact me in any way arising from the Activity. (B) I INDEMNIFY, HOLD HARMLESS, AND PROMISE NOT TO SUE WTWH from any and all liabilities or claims made as a result of my participation in the Activity, whether caused by the negligence of WTWH or otherwise.
