Info Exchange
Info Exchanges have become a foundational and highly sought after element of all NAG Convenience events. In these round-table discussions, attendees have the opportunity to share with and learn from their industry peers. NAG Convenience is proud to offer three levels of Info Exchange, each targeted at a unique experience in knowledge sharing. Please use the tabs below to learn more:
- Retail Leaders Exchange
- Burning Issue Exchange
- Partners Exchange
Retail attendee's of the NAG annual conference will have an opportunity to participate in an open forum with their non-competing peers from other regions. A Retail Leaders Exchange is not open to media or supplier participants. Lead by a volunteer from the group, the topics for discussion are identified by first asking the group "what's on your mind."
Retail Leaders Exchange is typically held on the first full conference day of the NAG annual conference.
NAG Burning Issues are the topics that are impacting your business everyday with such urgency you cannot afford to overlook them. In the Burning Issue Exchange all attendees, including industry suppliers, will look more closely at one Burning Issue together. Attendees can expect to walk away from this session with new perspective on how the issue is pervasive throughout the industry.
Recent Burning Issue Exchange topics have included:
- HR / Attracting Top Talent
- Tobacco, CBD, and Cannabis in C-Stores
- Foodservice / Menu Development, Delivery & Apps, and Non-traditional Formats
- Leadership Training
- Loyalty Programs and AI
- Buying & Selling, Finance Options
Burning Issue Exchange is typically held on the second day of the NAG annual conference.
Partners Exchange is offered exclusively for attendees of Convenience Directions. In this deep-dive environment, industry suppliers across different channels will have an open discussion with the leaders of a single retail chain to workshop how both sides of the table can improve the retail experience within each category.
