Steve Loehr serves as vice president of operations support for LaCrosse, Wisconsin-based Kwik Trip Inc.
Prior to joining Kwik Trip more than 26 years ago, Mr. Loehr owned and operated a supermarket in the 1980s and worked for Gateway Foods of Pennsylvania, serving four years as its president. He is active in a number of industry associations and currently serves on the boards of multiple groups including Wisconsin Manufacturing and Commerce as vice chairman; the Wisconsin Grocers Association; Merchants Bank; the La Crosse Chamber of Commerce; the Legislative and Supplier boards of NACS; and various charitable entities.
Mr. Loehr is also a past chairman of the Wisconsin Petroleum Marketers Association and NACS.
Steve has been married to wife Cheryl for 45 years. The couple has four kids and 10 grandchildren. He is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point in 1972.
Privately-held Kwik Trip was founded in 1965 and currently operates nearly 600 convenience stores throughout Wisconsin, Iowa and Minnesota. The company also operates stores under the Tobacco Outlet Plus and Kwik Star brands.
