Giving Back to Build the Future
NAG Memorial Scholarship Program
As the cost of tuition continues to increase at universities across the country, many college students can feel overwhelmed with the financial burden. In an effort to partially ease that burden, the National Advisory Group developed an ongoing scholarship fund specifically for employees of NAG member companies and their children. The NAG scholarship program is a memorial fund to immortalize those who have gone before us within our mission to grow the future of convenience.

Craig grew up in the convenience store industry, learning from his father, Paul Neuhoff, whose business supported retail marketing plans.
The 2024 Craig Neuhoff Memorial Scholarship funds will be dispersed to the selected recipients for the 2024-2025 school year. Each award is $1,000 payable to the institution the student will attend. There are up to 5 awards available.
A Message from the Neuhoff Family and GSP
“Craig inspired us to be innovative, responsive to our customers’ challenges, and most important, understand their shoppers. As a supplier in the convenience store industry, he knew a lot of people from store associates up to CEOs, and developed an in-depth knowledge of the industry, from the pumps to the cash register. His broad knowledge of marketing, operations, leadership and the processes they follow helped retailers grow their businesses in an industry where the only constant is change. It’s an honor to have Craig commemorated in a scholarship. He had a very big heart, and helping students acquire an education would really bring him joy. Thank you.”
The Program
The NAG Scholarship Fund is managed by the NAG Board of Directors and Scholarship America, and funded by the retailer and supplier members of NAG. This program was started in the late 1990’s and has distributed more than 125 scholarships totaling more nearly $125,000 to deserving students. The fund is financed through annual dues collections by NAG members and drives from golf outings and conference sponsorship allocations.
