40 Under 40
Together with CStore Decisions, YEO is proud to recognize an annual class of 40 of the top leaders to watch each December. These 40 individuals embody the pillars of NAG Convenience; to celebrate convenience retail excellence of today and to invest in the convenience retail of tomorrow.
Each selected 40 Under 40 inductee will be:
- announced and celebrated during the December virtual gala
- included in the 40 Under 40 spotlight in the December issue of CStore Decisions
- presented a plaque & pin to commemorate the recognition
- added to the 40 Under 40 alumni list/network
- eligible to attend CStore Momentum conference in August
For the year immediately following their induction, each 40 Under 40 Inductee will also receive complimentary registration for the Spring NAG / CSD events.
2024 Inductees will be invited free to of charge to attend March events in Charlotte, North Carolina:

* If the inductee works for a company that is a NAG member, YEO Membership is already included at no extra charge. However, the inductee will be included as a "complimentary beyond allotment" participant for any member benefits with capacity restrictions.
In partnership with CStore Decisions, NAG Convenience celebrates next-generation leaders by appointing an annual class of 40 Under 40. These individuals represent some of the most promising young executives in the c-store industry today, selected from chains of all sizes across the convenience store industry. All 40 under 40 recipients will receive a complimentary YEO Membership for the year following their recognition.
